Good for:
Ever get a kink in your neck while sitting at your desk?
Does your right shoulder ache after a few hours typing?
Get up and stretch for a few minutes.
Sure, everyone will think you've lost your mind.
We have to reeducate them to Yoga.
It's the least we can do.
There are plenty of sites on the web that show yoga poses to do at your desk.

Desk Twists
Place both feet on the floor.
Sit on the edge of your chair.
Stretch both hands over your head.
Twist right and place your left hand on your right knee. Your right hand goes to the seat behind you.
Keep your spine straight, like a stack of coins.
Twist gently and feel the blood flow into those tight muscles.
Relax and do the other side.
Back to Work now!

Our lives are so busy. When do we have time for ourselves?
Do I have time to run home and change clothes after work to go to yoga class?
If I go home, surely the urge to do laundry and care for children will outweigh the urge to go to yoga class.
So I wear yoga clothes to work.
Problem solved.
Watch your facial muscles while doing difficult poses.
Scrunching up your face won't help you hold your legs straight.
You don't want to end up looking like Mr. Iyengar.

Feel like screaming at work?
Not a good idea. Try this:
Sit on the edge of your chair with both feet planted on the floor.
Back straight.
Deep in breath through the nose.
Deep outbreath through the nose.
Deep inbreath.
Close your eyes and think, "aoooooommmm," on your outbreath.
Back to work.

Wrap shirts for yoga and for maternity wear.

The 3 Rs of dressing:
Fit-Fit-Fit
Fit the occasion
Fit the budget
Fit the body
Does this scenario match yours?
You come home from work and face your next job - laundry, cooking and some "light," cleaning.
Of course, you have to change clothes.
Then, as evening draws near, it is time for yoga class. Now go and change into your yoga pants and hoodie.
It's a lot of changing. And a lot of laundry. A lot of water and soap suds seeping into the water system.
Why not wear yoga attire to work, leave them on to do dinner, run to the yoga studio, and then come home and toss one outfit into the laundry bin?
